City Church at Northside

City Church at Northside is a church committed to reaching those far from God with the love and grace of Christ. Our vision is to be a church non-Christians love to attend, where the next generation is engaged and equipped to live for Christ, and every member is growing spiritually and involved missionally. Our church was established in 1954 but over the last decade we have undergone a major transition in our identity, ministry philosophy, and culture. We like to say we are "Broken people loving broken people." We desire to be Christ-focused and gospel-centered in all of our congregational life and ministry. We believe that a church of authentic love will be a church of increasing diversity. For the last year, much of our energy and focus has been on community recovery from the devastation of Hurricane Michael in October 2018. On a weekly basis, City Church averages about 500 between 2 worship services
